Tropical Green Smoothie

1/2 cup pineapple
1 small not so ripe banana
2 large frozen greens cubes (see previous post on how and why to make use of your stems and leaves of your produce)
Tsp of spirulina
1/4 cup of coconut oil (healthy fat to help you balance your hormones)
Mint leaves, 2-4 depending on how much you like mint
Water *add it a 1/2 cup at a time until you reach your desired consistency
Hemp seeds for topping
Enjoy.
