Sesame Roasted Cauliflower




Peanut butter, sesame seeds, apple cider vinegar, liquid aminos (gluten-free soya sauce alternative), chopped red pepper + onions. Salt + pepper or red chillies to taste. Pour a little water at the bottom to help steam while it cooks. Cover + bake for an hour at 220 C.
