Peanut butter protein balls

The are rich and chewy, high in protein but not at all sweet.

My current favourite pre or post workout snack!

🚴🏼‍♂️🤸🏻‍♀️⛹🏻‍♀️ 🏃🏻‍♀️

2 cups black beans

3/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

3-4 pitted dates

2-3 tbsp of cocoa powder

Blend slowly in the food processor 5-10 minutes until it is easy to form into balls.

Keep refrigerated.

Makes 24 balls.
