1 medium sliced medium onion
3 Portobellos peeled + sliced
5 pieces of Swiss chard chopped
Tbsp coconut aminos
Tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
Sauté oil + salt in order: onions, mushrooms, stir in aminos & then chard.
Avocado Salad
1 1/2 avocados cubed
Small sweet pepper or jalapeño finely chopped without the seed
Juice of 1 lime
Large garlic clove pressed
1 green onion chopped
Few sprigs of cilantro with stem gently chopped
Combine + serve in the moment.
Plate tacos with 100% corn tortillas, avocado salad + alpha sprouts to up the plant count.
