Mini Smoothie Bowls

Mini smoothie bowls are great for a brunch starter or a healthy dessert! After I took this picture I added a vegan oatmeal cookie from @vivacocina in there for an added delicious factor! The kids love these bowls, the trick is the dollop of healthy hazelnut spread and the raspberries. The smoothie itself is not sweet at all, I prefer to have to combine with healthy hints of sweet than having the overall flavour be sweet. Everyone loves a little bowl of joy. Packed with superfoods and healthy fats. It is really quick, easy and fun to put together. Let the kids decorate their own bowl! Enjoy.

Makes 3 Mini bowls

1 avocado 🥑 🥑

1/2 banana

2 Tbsp cacao

Tbsp cashew butter

1 tsp maca

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup almond milk


Hemp hearts

Cacao nibs

Goji berries

Dollop of @saraisspreads hazelnut butter
