Super Easy Energy Breakfast Bars! Make 'em ahead, breakfast on the go! My kids loved them too, so here it is:
8 dates blended with a bit of water
Tbsp goji berries soaked a few minutes in 1/4 cup hot water
Cup of gluten-free oats
1/4 cup 90% cacao bits or crushed chocolate bar
1/4 cup hemp hearts
2 Tbsp almond butter
Mix everything well in a bowl, including the water used for blending and soaking,
then press into a pan or cookie sheet.
Bake 20-25 min (depending on how thick your bar) at 350.
Let cool, cut & serve.
