Easy Vegan Gluten-free Cookies


Super easy 3 ingredient cookies, such a thoughtful gift from a friend:




Vegan + gluten-free they extremely healthy. No refined sugar. Tahini is a great source of calcium that is easy for the body to absorb & the oats and dates are high in fibre.


From @estadonaturalmx where you can buy all the ingredients online in Mexico:

3/4 cups of rolled oats

5/8 cups of tahini

1 1/2 cups of dates


Combine everything in the food processor.

Roll into 12 little balls, place on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
