Here in Mexico it is common to make a fresh flavoured water daily to go with you midday meal or dinner. Lemon water with chia seeds is a refreshing example, you simply squeeze two to three lemons to taste into a pitcher of water, add a tablespoon of chia seeds, stir and put aside in the fridge until serving.
